I originally purchased this to help with ED I had been dealing with. It has definitely helped with that issue however it isn’t a silver bullet and shouldn’t be bought with that intention. As far as size gains, when I am consistent I can see and feel a difference in girth, however, if I slack off it will return to baseline. I’ll be interested in seeing what the long term effects of using this are as I have heard good things about sustained gains. Beyond all of this, in my opinion pumping is a good thing to do for yourself because penile health is important. Especially as we age, and this model has obviously had a lot of thought and attention to detail put into it.
PRO TIP: Get the hand pump, it makes usage in the shower easier.

Only started using it about a week ago and already am seeing changes looking forward from the coming months

I ordered the hydromax 7 extreme. I'm very satisfied with the product and the quality of the pump. It's easy to use once you get used to it. I've been using it twice a week. It works better in the tub/bath but I do use it in the shower as well. My only recommendation is to add a better pressure gauge.
