Definitely worth the purchase I’ve noticed changes in size and sensation. Glad I bought it.
Got back into PE recently. Bathmate has always been my go to. It helps with both erection quality and fast gains, all though temporary at first. I decided to go with the extreme this time. Honestly the hand pump is a game changer. Makes things way easier. Also feel like it definitely is helping me to get a much batter pump. Highly recommend.

I have ED issues from an anxiety/performance perspective and have been trying different ways to help resolve it. I truly do believe that the HydroXtreme has increased my overall confidence as it has increased my size, which i turn has helped with the ED issues. I've already had to upgrade to a bigger size pump!
