Resumed after a nine month break and downsized to the 6 xtreme from the 7. Its as though I had not left. 3 x 5 mins 5 times a week and after a couple of months its a good 1/8 in increase in length and an 1/2 in increase in girth. I think in time it may increase to 1/2 in in length and 3/4 in in girth but thats alright 6.25x5.4 after pump.
I love that it's waterproof and has a great build quality. I upgraded from the original model and it makes a world's difference.

Very helpful products , one helps with timing how long you have left and the other to assist with more pumping instead of holding and pumping, as well as having a measuring tape for you to keep track.
I have been and on and off pumper for years. And finally made the move to Bathmate Hydro extreme,so glad I did. Pumping a few minutes everyday in the shower is great. It took a little bit to understand how the pump works but now I use it daily. Spend the extra money and get this pump! Can't wait to try other products from Bathmate.
