I originally purchased this to help with ED I had been dealing with. It has definitely helped with that issue however it isn’t a silver bullet and shouldn’t be bought with that intention. As far as size gains, when I am consistent I can see and feel a difference in girth, however, if I slack off it will return to baseline. I’ll be interested in seeing what the long term effects of using this are as I have heard good things about sustained gains. Beyond all of this, in my opinion pumping is a good thing to do for yourself because penile health is important. Especially as we age, and this model has obviously had a lot of thought and attention to detail put into it.
PRO TIP: Get the hand pump, it makes usage in the shower easier.
I am incredibly pleased with this pump. I have gained over an inch in both length and girth. I am about to upgrade to the Hydrxtreme 9 due to my gains. Seriously I cannot say enough good things about these pumps.

It arrived very quickly in a discrete box and the user information was clear and simple to use even for a new user as I am. Its a hassle to only use with water and the locking "pip" took me a while to work out but I figured out both and it works well and I am pleased I purchased as a package with the hand pump because it does not work as well without the hanf pump.

If you're purchasing a Bathmate pump, do yourself a favor and spend just a little more to purchase the cushion rings. They provide a great seal between the pump and your body as well as prevent any unwanted pinching of the skin. They will make the whole experience even more pleasant.

Works very well for girth and it also will stretch you out some. Need to be consistent with daily pumping for best outcome.
You’ll need to make yourself a make shift sling while in shower otherwise weight of water plus Johnson can tend to break the seal needed for pumping.
