Shipping was hassle free and totally discrete. The device is well built and easy to use and seeing results already (purchased just 14 days ago). However I find the comfort pad not so comfortable, fortunately it’s removable. Looking forward to stepping up to the Extreme in the near future.

Gains aren't permanent without continued use but as long as you used it two - three times a week after initial use you will keep all your gains.
